It Started with a Question
Why is it so hard to find a quality hat that's actually made in this country?
We looked around and saw the same thing you probably have — big brands slapping American flags on products made overseas, companies cutting corners to save a few cents, and a whole lot of people who love this country but couldn't find a brand that actually shared their values.
So we decided to build one.
American Made. No Exceptions.
Liberty Cap Co. was founded in 2026 with one simple rule: everything we make, we make right here in the United States. Our cotton is American-grown. Our thread is American-spun. Our hats are cut, stitched, and finished by American hands in American factories.
It costs more to do it this way. We know that. But some things are worth paying a little extra for. Like keeping good jobs in our communities. Like knowing exactly where your hat comes from. Like putting your money where your mouth is when you say you believe in this country.
For the Ones Who Still Stand
We make hats for people who aren't ashamed of where they come from. For the ones who still take their hat off for the anthem. For the veterans, the first responders, the hardworking folks who get up every day and do what needs to be done without asking for a thank you.
We're not trying to be everything to everybody. We're trying to be the best hat company for our people — the ones who believe in faith, family, freedom, and the flag.
We Put Our Money Where Our Mouth Is
Talk is cheap. That's why a portion of every sale goes directly to organizations that support veterans and first responder families across this country. And every active duty service member and veteran gets 15% off every order — no gimmicks, just a simple thank you for your service.
We also offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If you don't love your hat, send it back. But we think you'll keep it on your head.
Join the Movement
Liberty Cap Co. isn't just a hat company. It's a statement. Every time you put on one of our caps, you're telling the world exactly where you stand — and you're helping keep American manufacturing alive while you do it.
Welcome to the family. We're glad you're here.
